For use with a 3 volt battery or adapter –  these 1.8 mm LED bulbs are good for 1/2″  and 1/4″ and 1/144″ scale pieces.  However, you must have the correct wiring set up for the voltages you are using. The wiring is not interchangeable between the 3 voltages.  These 3 volt LEDs are for 3 volt DC current only (coin battery, 2 – AAA, 2 – AA or if you have a 3 volt adapter). (Evan Design)
