Our shipping policy: We ship USPS – Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. This allows your shipment to be tracked and for deliveries to be confirmed. Should you request standard mail, be advised that we are not responsible for any package that is damaged or goes missing. Insurance may be purchased at the buyer’s expense.

We try to ship within a few days receipt of your order unless we are participating in shows, so please anticipate your needs if possible. We do not want to disappoint you.

Current Priority Mail Prices + handling:  note Prices below are a reflection of the USPS prices that went up on January 27, 2013

  • US – $7.50 on 1 pound or less or if it fits in a 5-3/8” x 8-5/8” box
  • Mexico or Canada – in a 5-3/8” x 8-5/8” box – $21.70
  • The rest of the World in a 5-3/8” x 8-5/8” box – $27.70 + insurance if requested.

Please note: insurance is not always available by US Mail for overseas shipments.

Price/order form: Please note that the price/quantity order form is a separate document from the catalog. Please use this form information when ordering. The form is for your convenience. If you are faxing or emailing an order, you do not have to include all the pages, just the ones where you have orders. Or you can just list the parts which you want and the quantity. Please note the quantities in which the piece is offered – that is the way in which that piece is sold.

Catalog orders: Please send CHECK with order or fill in needed information on price/order form for MASTERCARD, VISA, or DISCOVER – credit cards only, no debit cards. Foreign: Please remit in U.S. funds or use MC or Visa. A printed return label is most helpful for shipping information.)

Order by TELEPHONE, FAX, EMAIL OR SNAIL MAIL. Telephone available – Mon. thru Fri. 9:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard or Daylight Time.

Online orders: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal, for all items ordered on this website. Purchase those items through our shopping cart.

Credit slips will be issued for OS (out of stock), NA (no longer available), DISC. (discontinued) items and overpayments. Substitutions only with your permission. We do not back order.

Returns: Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back for merchandise if returned as received within 10 days, adequately insured and accompanied by your invoice. Postage costs will not be refunded.
